1. Enrollment can only be done for kids who will complete age 3 by Sep 30, 2019. Enrollment in language classes can only be done if the student is registered for Pathshala
2. Meet a registration team member in the Cloverly cafeteria on Sep 15  to complete your registration and process payment.  Please note that registration will be considered complete only once the payment is received in full.  
3. Payment can be made via Cash / Check / Paypal / Credit Card.
4. Checks should be made payable to “Jain Society of Metropolitan Washington”
5. 20 Pathshala classes will be held from Sep 2019 through Jun 2020 - 10:15AM to 12:30PM
6. Hindi & Gujarati Classes will be held on Pathshala days - 09:15AM to 10:15AM
7. Sutra classes will be held on Pathshala days from 10:30AM to 10:50AM in Gym. Class B1 through Class G students are eligible to enroll in sutra class.
8. Pathshala Registration Donation is 100% tax deductible
9. The Director of Education reserves full right to expel a student from Pathshala, during any part of the year, due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior.  In such cases, there shall be no refund for the remainder of the Pathshala year

11. Students enrolled in Class C1 or higher will be required to meet a 50% attendance quota.  If they do not meet this quota, they will be asked to repeat the class the following year.
12.  Students enrolled in Class C1 and higher who receive 80% marks or higher on any graded material (hw, quizzes, exams, presentations, etc.) will be recognized to have graduated with honors.
